CHRIS SWANN Chris Swann joined Crumback & Associates in 2006. He assists auto dealers, entrepreneurs and owners of closely held businesses achieve their goals by providing business planning, tax, and accounting services for their businesses and personal needs. Chris also provides a wide range of financial consulting services for each of his clients and is seen as a business “partner” versus a service provider.
In his 13 years of providing professional services, Chris has worked with clients in many industries such as automotive, professional services, manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling, distributing, technology, biotechnology and insurance.
Before joining Crumback & Associates, Chris worked for a number of years with a regional public accounting firm, focusing on technical accounting, tax and consulting matters, including:

- Consolidated federal and state taxation
- Tax planning & consulting
- Research and development issues
- Foreign income inclusion mechanics
- Revenue recognition analysis
- Mergers and acquisitions
Chris is a graduate of West Virginia University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a licensed CPA in Maryland and Virginia. Chris resides in Baltimore, Maryland. He enjoys golf, travel and WVU football. |
